BLT on Keto "Buns"

About this recipe:
A classic sandwhich made to fit a keto diet.
Ingredients:
- 8 bacon strips
- 1 tomato
- ½ butter lettuce head
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 4 keto buns
Instructions:
- Place bacon slices in a cold skillet. Place over medium heat and cook 8 minutes, turning regularly, until browned and done to your preference.
- While bacon is cooking, slice keto bun in half widthwise and toast. Slice tomato into rounds. Separate and wash butter lettuce leaves.
- Layer bacon, tomato and butter lettuce on one half of the keto bun. Spread mayonnaise on the other half. Close sandwich.
