Raspberry Sherbet Chia Pudding

About this recipe:
This chia pudding is easily made the night before for a simple breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 8 pitted dates
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups milk
- 4 cups raspberries
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Instructions:
- The night before: Place dates and vanilla extract in blender. Add milk in a slow stream with the motor running, blending until smooth.
- Add raspberries and continue to blend until smooth.
- Stir in chia seeds. Transfer mixture to a jar or bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
