Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 5 drops stevia extract
- ½ cup chocolate chips
How to Melt Coconut Oil:
Place coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat coconut oil in 15-second increments, stirring in between. Continue until coconut oil is melted.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F (177° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt coconut oil. Combine almond flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in melted coconut oil until moistened.
- In a small bowl, combine milk, vanilla and stevia extract. Add wet ingredients to the almond mixture. Stir to combine thoroughly. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Form dough into 12 balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten slightly with your hand. Bake 10 minutes, or until beginning to brown at the edges.
- Let cool 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
