Episode 1: The Struggle

Some young people use the term “the struggle” to describe their discomfort over something in their lives. Mental health is one obvious struggle that most youth have dealt with and continue to navigate. We hit the streets and schools to talk with mental health experts and students to learn more about how they have dealt with COVID-19, world events, and their personal struggles

Episode 2: The Acceptance

We’re focusing on organizations that uplift kids’ mental health and emotional awareness. We sit down with professionals to discuss the current state of mental health and well-being for youth, including the impact of world events and how they’re reframing how young people feel.

Episode 3: The Solution

In our final episode, we speak to teens who share first hand what they have experienced during the first two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. We share mindfulness techniques and other mental health practices anyone can use when feeling down or stressed.
