I sometimes get angry comments from people.

They tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about because I didn't go to college to study nutrition.

But the thing is, I learned pretty much all of this stuff from people who are much more knowledgeable than I am.

Many scientists, professors, doctors and dietitians recommend similar things.

In January I wrote a list of 17 paleo and low-carb friendly doctors.

Now it's time for a list of 11 paleo and low-carb friendly registered dietitians with their own blogs and websites.

The list is in no particular order.

Cassie is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian who specializes in weight loss with real food. She works at a hospital and does counselling at various treatment centers with children, teens and adults.

Amy Kubal received bachelors and masters degrees in both Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Colorado.

Melanie Thomassian graduated from the University of Ulster in Ireland with an honors degree in human nutrition and dietetics.
