Hunger is an understatement. I didn’t want to gain weight, but I needed to keep my mouth occupied. I decided to carry bags of nuts with me—healthy, crunchy, and filling. I heard people gain weight when they quit smoking, but I think the key to that is to just stick to healthy snacks that are full of crunch and make you chew. And springs are good, too!
