I went to a mental mechanic the next day. I found one on It’s a cool site to find a doctor fast. The doc explained to me the five stages of grief. She explained giving up smoking is very traumatic like a death. She wrote down the five stages of grief for me so that when I start to feel things, I could remember that it’s normal. I keep the list in my wallet and when I feel different feelings I take a look. Denial, Bargaining, Anger, Depression Acceptance.
