If your preterm labor has stopped, or if you and your doctor have decided that continuing your pregnancy is safe, your baby will hopefully be delivered at full term. The Delivery HealthMap explains normal vaginal delivery as well as cesarean section (when the baby is delivered through an incision in your abdomen).
