Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites

About this recipe:
Ingredients:
- 6 pitted dates
- 3/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. (Add a little extra coconut oil if very crumbly.) Place batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form batter into 16 1-inch balls. Enjoy 2 bites per serving, or store in the fridge for future snacking.
