Green Smoothie with Spinach, Cucumber and Pineapple

Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 4 cups coconut water
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh mint
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 4 cups spinach
- ½ cup protein powder
Go with frozen:
To save on money and time, opt for frozen pineapple chunks. Just make sure they don't have any added sugar.
Instructions:
- Cut cucumber into pieces. Peel and pit avocado. De-stem mint leaves.
- Combine all ingredients (add a couple ice cubes if you prefer a cold smoothie) in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
