Dairy-free deviled eggs

About this recipe:
These "clean" deviled eggs are sure to be a hit at a party, or for a tasty snack at home.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp fresh chives
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Finely chop chives. Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half. Scoop out yolks into a small bowl.
- Add yogurt, mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika and olive oil to the bowl. Mix together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill each egg white with yolk mixture. Top with chives. Enjoy!
