Dairy-free deviled eggs

About this recipe:

These "clean" deviled eggs are sure to be a hit at a party, or for a tasty snack at home.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
  1. Finely chop chives. Peel hard-boiled eggs and cut in half. Scoop out yolks into a small bowl.
  2. Add yogurt, mustard, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika and olive oil to the bowl. Mix together until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Fill each egg white with yolk mixture. Top with chives. Enjoy!
