Avocado Toast

This avocado toast is nutrient dense, and can be modified in lots of ways.

Ingredients:
  • 8 slices whole grain bread
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/3 cup hemp seeds
Instructions:
  1. Toast the bread. Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh with a large spoon.
  2. Mash the avocado on top of the toast. Top with pomegranate seeds and hemp seeds and a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. You could also add sliced tomatoes, goat cheese, or arugula.
