Research shows that drawing, coloring, and other creative activities can help calm you down, ease stress, and unleash your creativity. Using art as therapy has also been found as a good coping mechanism for some types of mental health conditions, such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety.

To get you started, we’ve designed two beautiful mandalas. A mandala is a Hindu and Buddhist symbol, typically a circular structure with geometric shapes, that represents the universe.
