JINS offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for glasses purchased in the United States as long as you provide proof of purchase and have the original packaging. Returns aren’t available for sale items or orders using expired or manually entered prescriptions.

To return an in-store purchase, bring the glasses, reception warranty sheet, and sales receipt into the store.
