  • Entrant must be following Healthline on Pinterest.
  • Entrant must upload an original recipe photo. Entrant may only enter photo to which he/she owns all the legal rights.
  • Entrant must post a link to recipe pin on the Iron Chef Heart-Healthy Challenge pin and email complete recipe and instructions to submissions@healthline.com.
  • Recipe must be user’s original creation, previously unpublished (except online) and must not have received any other awards in the past.
  • The winning entries will be featured on Healthline.com and Healthline Networks social media channels.
  • Entrants must follow all of the rules to be eligible. Contest ends April 30th at 11:59 ET. Winners will be announced on or around May 7th, 2013.

How to Enter

  • Follow Healthline on Pinterest.
  • Use at least three of the low-cholesterol ingredients listed below to create an original recipe.
  • Take a photo of your dish and pin it using #HealthlineIronChefHeartHealth in the pin description by April 30th.
  • Post a link to your recipe pin in the comment section of the Iron Chef Heart-Healthy Recipe Challenge pin.
  • Email us the complete recipe with photo and instructions at submissions@healthline.com, along with a link to your recipe pin.
