Makes 4 servings

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 pound broccolini, trimmed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

Bring a large stockpot of water to a boil. Add salt and broccolini and cook 5 minutes after water comes to a boil again. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, sauté garlic in olive oil, 2 minutes or until golden brown. Add drained broccollini and toss to coat.
