You also have the option of white-glove service, which means the brand will send people with your shipment to help set up the mattress and take away your old bed. The cost of the white-glove service is $149, plus $45 for setting up additional items besides the mattress.

Tuft & Needle mattresses also come in a box, and setup is easy — simply take the mattress out of the box, unroll it, and let it puff up.
If you want your old mattress taken away, Tuft & Needle also offers white-glove service for $150. They’ll take away your old mattress and box spring, should you have both.

If you don’t love your mattress, you can contact Nectar for a return after 30 days. They’ll help you find a place to donate your mattress, and then they’ll send you your refund. While you’ll get refunded for the mattress itself, you won’t get a refund for shipping or delivery fees.
If you want a different Nectar mattress, you can purchase it separately after your return.
With your purchase, you’ll get a forever warranty — meaning the mattress should last a lifetime. The company will repair any defects found in the first 10 years. After that, if defects are found, they’ll send you a replacement.
Tuft & Needle
Tuft & Needle offers a 100-day sleep trial. If you aren’t satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. The mattress will likely be donated. Note that if you live in Hawaii or Alaska, you won’t be able to get any shipping fees refunded.
As far as exchanges go, you can call Tuft & Needle. One of their representatives will walk you through the process and charge or refund the difference. If you do exchange your mattress, you lose the 100-day sleep trial on your next mattress.
