You probably don’t need us to tell you that getting a good night’s sleep is crucial for your health. And yet, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), getting more than 7 hours of shut-eye each night is still a challenge for 35.2 percent of U.S. adults.

If you’re on the hunt for improved sleep, finding the right mattress is a great place to start.

Now, there’s no denying it: A mattress is a considerable financial investment. Luckily, mattress companies love a good holiday sale, and — cue the fireworks! — the Fourth of July is right around the corner.

We’ve rounded up this list of deals and discounts on mattresses that our editorial team has researched, vetted, and written about. Read on to find out more about the best mattress deals available this July Fourth, as well as related articles on each brand.

  • The deal: 15 percent off all mattresses, plus two free pillows with mattress purchase with code JULY4TH
  • When: Now through July Fourth

Allswell is one of the most budget-friendly mattress brands on the market today, which comes as no surprise when you learn the company is owned by Walmart.

For pros, Allswell allows you to try their bed for 100 nights risk-free, and offers a 10-year limited warranty. For cons, Allswell exclusively offers hybrid models, which means the bed is made of both foam and coils. If you’re seeking all-foam, this likely isn’t the brand for you. Also, each model comes in one firmness level.

  • The deal: Take up to 30 percent off mattress bundles; 15 percent on mattresses pillows, and sheets; and 10 percent off on everything else (exclusions apply)
  • When: Now through July Fourth

Casper is one of the early bed-in-a-box brands and has a strong reputation as a reliable, highly rated mattress company. These days, Casper offers mattresses in a range of prices and feels, from hybrid to all-foam.

Nest Bedding

  • The deal: 20 percent off mattresses and 10 percent off all other Nest Bedding products
  • When: Now through July 12

Nest is another direct-to-consumer mattress company that’s in line with most industry standards. Where the brand really stands out, however, is with their lifetime warranty. Plus, if you decide you don’t love your bed outside the 100-night sleep trial, you get 50 percent off a different model.

The Alexander Hybrid is one of their more popular beds. Read our full review of that mattress.

  • The deal: Save up to $350 on mattress bundles
  • When: Now through July Fourth

Purple is one of the most unique brands on the market because of their signature Purple Grid material. The mattresses are designed to accommodate all types of sleepers, but the grid is definitely a different feel from traditional springs or foam.

Plenty of third-party retailers, like Mattress Firm, now carry Purple, so you might want to try it out for yourself.

Tuft & Needle

  • The deal: Up to 20 percent off mattresses, 10 percent off sitewide (discounts aren’t stackable)
  • When: Now through July Fourth

Tuft & Needle offers two different all-foam mattresses (the Tuft & Needle Original and the Tuft & Needle Mint) and a hybrid option (the Tuft & Needle Hybrid).

While all of their beds have a soft, foam feel, the Original and Mint are better suited for side sleepers, while the Hybrid may be a better fit for back sleepers or those wanting a little more support.

Nectar Sleep

  • The deal: Free mattress protector, cooling pillow, and sheet set with mattress purchase (up to $399 value)
  • When: Now through July Fourth

Nectar is a popular and relatively affordable mattress brand. They offer three different models of all-foam mattresses, plus accessories like pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets.
