Q: I feel like my penis is small, and like I can’t satisfy my partner because of it. Is there anything I can do to make it bigger? How can I make it feel bigger during sex? How can I last longer before ejaculation?

There isn’t anything you can do to make your penis bigger in or outside of the bedroom — but all hope is not lost.

It’s important to remember that the size of your penis isn’t as important as what you do with it. In other words, how you use it makes a big difference.

If you want to make sure your partner is satisfied

The only requirements for earth-shattering sex are confidence, communication, and a willingness to try new things.

And the key to satisfying your partner is asking them about what they want. That’s it!

Once you know what they want, make the most of what you have. Certain positions, focusing on more than just penetration, and using toys can make all the difference.

If you want a temporary increase in size

Cock rings can be used to make erections harder, bigger, and longer lasting.

They’re worn around the base of the penis in an effort to reduce the amount of outward blood flow, causing your penis to look bigger.

Trimming the hair around the base can help prevent unwanted pain during use.

Wearing a cock ring for more than 20 minutes can cause complications, so make a note of the time.

If you want to last longer before ejaculation

If you’re in the moment, you may find it helpful to:

  • Slow down any thrusting, and shift your focus to exploring other erogenous zones.
  • Gently squeeze the shaft just below the head of your penis. This can help decrease the urge to come.

If you’re trying to find a longer-term solution:
