This free app for the Zone diet breaks down what can seem overwhelming to the very basics: calculating your masses and needs as well as your proteins (PDCAAS) by entering the foods you eat (over 600 of them already in the app for you to choose from) and adding them in the appropriate blocks. The blocks can be calculated from your calories, carbs, fats, and proteins from all the meals you enter. You can even save the meals you liked the most for future use in the app’s calculations and export the app’s database.
