Bowflex currently offers two treadmill models, including the T10 and T22.

The treadmills offer max speeds of up to 12 mph (19 kph), incline and decline settings, HD touchscreens, Bluetooth capabilities, and compatibility with the Bowflex JRNY app for streaming classes.

They’re also designed with Easy SoftDrop technology and transport wheels, allowing you to easily fold and store your machine between workouts.

However, there are slight differences between the two models, including price, screen size, and maximum incline.

Here’s a closer look at the Bowflex T10 and T22.

The Bowflex T10

The Bowflex T10 treadmill supports users up to 400 pounds (181.4 kg) and measures 85 inches long by 39.6 inches wide by 65.3 inches tall (215.8 × 100.5 × 165.9 cm).

In addition to a cushioned running deck, the machine offers a 10-inch (25.4-cm) HD touchscreen, which can be used to access apps including:

  • JRNY
  • Zwift
  • Netflix
  • Hulu
  • Amazon Prime Video
  • Disney+

The screen also displays key performance metrics, such as distance, incline setting, speed, heart rate, calories burned, and time elapsed.

Plus, the machine offers Bluetooth connectivity, Bluetooth speakers, and a USB charging port for streaming music from your device.

Other notable features include a water bottle holder, accessory tray, media shelf, and transport wheels.

As for training options, the Bowflex T10 will easily keep you challenged with speeds of up to 12 mph (19 kph) and motorized incline from -5%–15%.

The Bowflex T22

Measuring 85 inches long by 39.6 inches wide by 70 inches tall (215.8 x 100.5 x 177.7 cm), the Bowflex T22 is slightly taller than the T10 due to its larger screen size and extended handlebar grip.

The main differences between the two models are the screen size, maximum incline level, and extended handlebar grip, which keeps you safe and secure at higher inclines.

Like the T10, the T22 offers speeds of up to 12 mph (19 kph) and a max decline of -5%. However, the T22’s incline goes up to 20%.

The T22 also comes equipped with a 22-inch (56-cm) HD touchscreen, which showcases the same performance metrics and is compatible with the same apps as the T10.

Aside from these differences, the T10 and T22 offer nearly identical features, though, the T22 also comes with a higher price tag.

Regardless of which machine you choose, setting up the treadmills is a two-person job. You can also pay extra for expert assembly.

The Bowflex JRNY app is a fitness platform offering on-demand, individualized adaptive workouts.

This means that in addition to classes, the app suggests workouts for you each day based on your fitness level and even adjusts the difficulty settings based on your progress.

JRNY also offers real-time coaching to keep you motivated and hitting your target zones during your workout.

For even more motivation, the app features curated playlists, as well as scenic runs through different parts of the world.

What’s more, both the T10 and T22 include unlimited user profiles on the JRNY app, so you don’t have to worry about your family members affecting your performance stats.

Here are the current prices for the Bowflex treadmills:

  • T10: $1,999
  • T22: $2,699

Bowflex also offers monthly payment plans for qualified customers, which reduces the cost to $112 or $150 per month for 18 months for the T10 and T22, respectively.

Shipping is free for deliveries within the continental United States. For orders outside of the company’s delivery area, shipping costs $99.99.

In-home assembly can also be added to your order and varies in price based on your location.

Both models include a free 1-year JRNY membership. After the initial year, you’ll need to pay $19.99 per month to continue your subscription.

Bowflex treadmill warranty

The T10 and T22 treadmills come with a standard Bowflex warranty, which includes:

  • 15-year frame and motor
  • 5-year parts
  • 2-year labor
  • 1-year electronics

For an additional $199, labor coverage can be extended to 5 years.

Reviews are overall positive for both the T10 and T22, with customers feeling that the treadmills overall offer great value for the price.

Specifically, customers note that the machines feel like they’re built to last and suitable for all fitness levels.

Many users also mention that the T10 and T22 feel like gym quality machines (high praise!), though some customers complain that the treadmills are bulkier and not ideal for small spaces.

Another common critique is that the JRNY app tends to focus on cardio-based training and doesn’t offer as much variety compared with other fitness apps.

The Bowflex T10 and T22 are far from the only high quality treadmills on the market.

The Bowflex T10, NordicTrack Commercial 1750, and ProForm Pro9000 are all priced under $2,000 and offer very similar features, including speeds up to 12 mph (19 kph), HD touchscreens, and streaming capabilities.

They also include both incline and decline options, though the Bowflex T10 has the most decline options of the three treadmills.

However, while the Bowflex T10 is also larger than both the NordicTrack and ProForm treadmill, it offers more streaming options and a higher max weight capacity.

As a result, the T10 is a sturdier and more versatile machine.

That said, if a larger screen is a top priority for you, the ProForm Pro 9000 is a more affordable alternative to the Bowflex T22, though it also includes fewer incline levels and a lower max weight capacity than the T22.

Thanks to their sturdy builds, either the T10 or T22 Bowflex treadmill is a great investment for any home gym.

Plus, as they include a free 1-year JRNY subscription, both machines provide plenty of challenge regardless of your fitness level.

Trying to decide between the T10 and T22?

The T10 is the best value, as its features are almost identical to those of the T22, but they come at a fraction of the price.

While the T10 is our pick for a sturdy, high quality machine, the class types available on the JRNY app are more limited than iFit.

Therefore, if you’re looking for more cross-training options, you’ll want to consider the NordicTrack Commercial 1750 or ProForm Pro9000.

One last thing to keep in mind is that despite being foldable, the T10 and T22 take up a decent amount of floor space. So, if there’s limited room in your home for gym equipment, you’ll want to look for a more compact option.

Both the Bowflex T10 and T22 are high quality, sturdy treadmills designed to last.

If screen size isn’t your top priority, the T10 is the overall best choice, as it offers nearly the same features and training options but at a more affordable price.

However, if watching TV or streaming classes is what gets you up and running in the morning, the T22 may be worth the splurge.

Regardless of which treadmill you choose, remember to check with your healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program. After all, whether running inside or outside, it’s important to put safety first!
