There have also been false claims that sarsaparilla, a tropical plant, can increase testosterone levels. However, this has never been documented in humans, Lee says.
According to a 2015 review, nettle extract has only been shown to improve the sperm count and testosterone count of mice, not humans.

“It is all too common for a product to hit the market, making claims it can improve male sexual performance,” Lee says. “However, in many cases, these products have been poorly researched, and little is known about their mechanism of action, efficacy, or medical safety. Bluoxyn appears to be just such a product.”

The device is an ED ring that you can wear around the base of the penis while it’s flaccid or erect. However, you may need to stimulate the penis to become erect when it’s flaccid.
The device works by increasing blood flow into the penis but disabling the outflow of blood. It does this by constricting the veins in the penis, but not the arteries. This helps sustain an erection.
This device is a suitable option for people who don’t prefer using ED drugs. This device costs $188.
