According to 2021 U.S. breast cancer statistics, one in eight U.S. women will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime. However, treatment options and survival rates have been increasing, especially over the last five to ten years.

Investigating Breast Cancer is the official podcast of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF.) The episodes feature some of the top minds in science discussing breast cancer news and the latest science. This is a great podcast for staying “in the know” as BCRF is the only organization dedicated solely to breast cancer research.

This podcast collection is an excellent place to begin your search for information on basic definitions, treatment options, and survivor experiences. Anderson physicians, researchers, and professors also provide lectures and mini-courses via podcasts.

Cancer Treatment Centers of America is a national network of five accredited cancer hospitals. Their podcasts take ample advantage of the many expert voices to cover cancer types, diagnoses, treatments, and important issues like genomic testing and clinical trials.

This nonprofit seeks to improve the lives of people living with and surviving breast cancer by providing support and information.
