Best doctor-led podcasts for anxiety

Anxious in Austin

This podcast series is co-hosted by Dr. Marianne Stout and Dr. Thomas Smithyman, Austin-based psychologists who specialize in anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Stout and Smithyman both specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).

Each podcast runs for about 45 minutes. Some segments feature in-depth interviews with other medical experts. Others are more conversational in tone.

The Anxiety Coaches Podcast with Gina Ryan
