When the temperature starts
to rise, nothing beats a frozen creamy treat to cool things down. Instead of
ice cream, try making these yogurt-based pops instead.
Ingredients
- 6 large
strawberries, finely diced
- 1 large banana,
finely diced
- 1 cup strawberry
flavored yogurt
- ½ cup applesauce
- 4 tablespoons
apple cider
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir
together all ingredients. Divide mixture between six (5- to 6-oz.) paper cups
and cover each with a piece of aluminum foil. Insert a wood stick through the
center of the foil and into the fruit mixture. Place in freezer for at least eight
hours or until frozen solid.
To serve, remove foil and
peel off paper cup.
