    great surgeon, he was able to diagnose and repair my back issue. it required 2 procedures over two days and went off without any issues, all my questions and concerns were promptly addressed and resolved. i feel great, no pain and able to walk and get around better than ever. thank you to Dr. Cook and your great staff
