Cara Rosenbloom BA, BSc, RD, is a registered dietitian, author and freelance nutrition writer. She holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in literature and bachelor’s of science degree in nutrition. Cara is a nutrition myth-buster, truth-teller and passionate writer who loves to break down complex science into usable bites. Her work has appeared in the Washington Post, Verywell Fit, Allrecipes, Today’s Parent, GoodRX, Everyday Health and Food & Nutrition Magazine.
