Allison Knott, MS, RDN, CSSD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and board certified specialist in sports dietetics. Her experience ranges from working with chefs in the food and beverage industry to helping athletes fuel for performance. Allison has a bachelor’s in food and nutrition from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and she completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She went on to receive a master’s in nutrition communication from Tufts University Friedman School.
