In the last lesson, we discussed foods that stoke inflammation, but are any diets helpful if you have RA?

We’ll cut to the chase: Yes. The Mediterranean diet, plant-based diets, exclusion diets, and very low carb diets come out on top. These diets all have some evidence showing they may improve RA symptoms and inflammation.

But how do they do that? What foods do they allow and exclude? Which diet might work well for you? And, please, what exactly is for dinner?
