Screening tests check for disease in people who don’t have any symptoms. Unfortunately, there is no general screening test to check for Ewing’s sarcoma.
An injury may make you aware of a lump or mass. The lump may have already existed, but the injury makes it more obvious. An injury cannot cause Ewing’s sarcoma.
Tell your doctor about any sort of abnormally growing lump. Also report if you have pain in a limb, especially if it is not getting better.
