Men - Less than 0.95:

Men - 0.95 or greater:
Your waist-to-hip ratio indicates an increased risk for obesity-related health problems. Because your ratio exceeds the recommendations of the American Heart Association, consider getting more exercise and improving your diet to reduce the excess weight around your middle.
Women - Less than 0.88:
