West is an inspired entrepreneurial leader that has successfully built four companies over the last 25 years that have been consistently recognized as the high growth, innovators in their sectors. West joined the Board of Directors and assumed the role of chairman and CEO for Healthline Networks in April 2005. Over the last six years, he has directed the massive transformation of Healthline Networks from a small enterprise start-up to a leading, diversified, profitable health information services company. Healthline has consistently ranked as one of the country's fastest growing companies, delivering intelligent health information solutions to over 100 million consumers a month with a partner network that includes AARP, Aetna, GE, Elsevier, Sharecare, Walgreens and Yahoo. West was a 2010 semi finalist for the Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to joining Healthline, West served as CEO and president of Sapias, a leading provider of mobile workforce management solutions for large enterprise customers such as Time Warner, ServiceMaster, and Hudson News. From 1997 to 2001, as chairman and CEO of Netcentives, West created one of the most powerful e-marketing companies, managing over 50 million consumer relationships on behalf of more than 200 blue chip customers in 10 countries. Within three years the company was generating over $70 million in revenues. West successfully led an IPO and, during his tenure, raised more than $150 million in private and public funds leading investors to a $3 billion market capitalization. West earlier co-founded and served as managing partner of Pacific Marketing Group, one of the largest and fastest growing independent marketing agencies on the West coast, which he sold to D'arcy, Masius, Benton and Bowles. West has also held various product management and marketing positions at Atari, Coopervision, Grey Advertising (P&G) and Johnson & Johnson. He is happily married with four children and is an avid kayaker, skier and fly fisherman. |

Dean served four years as CEO and president of Intermap Systems Inc, the company that became Healthline. He converted the original content portal company into a taxonomy-based search engine that today forms the intellectual property foundation for the Healthline platform. Dean was instrumental in gaining early market adoption of this technology into Merck, Tenet Health Systems, and PacifiCare, among others. Prior to Healthline, Dean spent thirteen years at Deloitte Consulting, where he was the partner in charge of the customer relationship management service line for Deloitte's world-renowned healthcare practice. At Deloitte his clients covered the full spectrum of healthcare and included CIGNA, Kaiser Permanente, the Providence Health System, the VHA, the US Dept. of Health and Human Services, Sutter Health, Regence, Dean Health System, and many Blues plans, medical groups, hospitals, and life science companies. Dean has degrees from Dartmouth College and the University of Washington. Dean and his family enjoy healthy doses of food, wine, and the outdoors. |

Murray Brozinsky is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development. Murray has over 20 years experience advising, founding, and operating high growth technology firms. He has orchestrated numerous strategic partnerships ranging in size from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars. Murray founded Cambrian Technologies LLC, a business development firm that helps innovative technology companies develop strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies. Prior to Cambrian, Murray was President of Netcentives (a leader in digital loyalty programs), Founder and Chairman of Lakshmi Technologies (a technology commercialization firm), Case Leader with The Boston Consulting Group (where he was a founding member of the Internet practice area), Director of Finance at McCaw Communications, and an M&A investment banker with Morgan Stanley. Murray was founding Chairman of Loyalty Matrix (sold to Responsys in 2007), founding Chairman of Integrated Devices (sold in 2007), and founding Chairman of Lypro Biosciences (funded in 2007). Murray is a member of the Licensing Executive Society (LES) and former member of the World Entrepreneurs Organization (WEO). Murray has an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Business and an MS in Engineering from the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science at Northwestern University, as well as a BS in Finance from the Wharton School and a BA in Philosophy from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. |

Niraj is an experienced software professional who brings 18 years of Internet and Healthcare industry experience to the Healthline executive team. Prior to Healthline, Niraj was a founding member and vice president of Engineering at Entigen Corporation, where he led the development of a search platform for bioinformatics databanks. From 1996 to 1999, Niraj managed critical new product initiatives in Charles Schwab's Electronic Brokerage and Retail business units serving over 7 million users online. Prior to that, Niraj was a principal for Technology Solutions Company, a management consulting firm, where his clients were Fortune 500 healthcare and product organizations including Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Benckiser International, Pepsi Cola Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. Niraj holds a masters and bachelors in Electrical Engineering from M.S.University, India. He is happily married with two children, and enjoys skiing, learning about world history, and coaching baseball and soccer. |

Paul is the Redlich Family Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Surgery at the Stanford University School of Medicine. He is former Professor and Chief of Emergency Medicine at Stanford and Vanderbilt Medical Centers and a former venture partner with Delphi Ventures in Menlo Park, CA, as well as a previous senior corporate officer with KAI Pharmaceuticals, Sterling Healthcare Group, and MedAmerica. He has served as Emergency Medical Services (EM) base station medical director for the City and County of San Francisco, as well as medical director for EMS for the Tennessee Department of Health and Environment. Editor of the definitive textbook Wilderness Medicine and author of the acclaimed Medicine for the Outdoors, as well as founder and past president of the Wilderness Medical Society, Paul is internationally recognized as a leading authority on emergency medicine and outdoor health and safety. He is the recipient of the DAN America Award from the Divers Alert Network for his service to divers, and the national Outstanding Contribution in Education Award from the American College of Emergency Physicians. He has authored or co-authored more than 100 medical articles and textbook chapters in peer-reviewed literature, and is an active blogger in the Outdoor Health Learning Center for Healthline. He is currently an advisor or board member for LifeScript, NXT Nutritionals, and the National Ski Patrol System. Paul has degrees from Duke University, the Duke University School of Medicine, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

David joined Healthline in May 2010 to lead the Consumer Media team. He is responsible for Healthline.com and the Healthline HealthWeb, and is passionate about using the Web to improve health for anyone that uses Healthline's website or technology. David's career spans over 20 years, including leadership roles in both client-side consumer marketing with Disney and the last 15 years focused on Internet media and advertising, including both consumer Internet products and advertising solutions. Previous to Healthline, as a Senior Director of Ad Products at Yahoo!, David led an advertising products team accountable for ~20% of Yahoo! US display ad revenue, including next-gen display ad products like Search Retargeting, SmartAds, third-party targeting partnerships with Nielsen and others. Early in his career at Yahoo!, David was responsible for a number of consumer products, including Yahoo! Groups - where one can still find some of the most active health communities on the Web. Prior to Yahoo!, David spent several years at LookSmart, Ltd. as Vice President/General Manager, where he was responsible for syndicated search products for publishers like MSN. In 1999, he founded (and soon thereafter, sold) search toolbar startup Winfire as its CEO. David began his career leading marketing for a division of The Walt Disney Company. David's wife and 4 children keep him healthy and happy. |

In April 2005, Bill joined Healthline as Vice President, Marketing and Sales. Over the past 7 years Bill has helped brand and launch Healthline Networks, working with the executive and sales teams to transform the company into a high-growth, profitable advertising sales and health information services organization. Bill established the DTC advertising sales team for Healthline and in his current role oversees all corporate marketing activity, as well as working with the Sales and Business Development teams to create unique and engaging sponsor-driven products and solutions that are built on the company's core IP. Prior to joining Healthline, Bill served as Vice President of Marketing for Savicom, a pioneer in hosted, low-cost email campaign management technology, where he managed all aspects of corporate marketing, marketing communications and product management. From 1990 to 2002, Bill served as Executive VP, Marketing Services for SF Interactive, an interactive marketing services agency, as VP of Marketing for Netcentives, a loyalty marketing e-commerce company that acquired email service provider Post Communications, and as General Manager for Creative Media, an independent media planning and buying agency now owned by Omnicom. Bill gained a breadth of traditional advertising and marketing experience working on packaged goods assignments at Ketchum and Foote, Cone & Belding, and has also served in both advertising and product management roles at Microsoft and Atari. Bill holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Married and the father of two sons, Bill resides with his wife Pamela in San Francisco, enjoys participating in triathlons, and vows that "next year" will be the one he swims from Alcatraz without a wetsuit. |

Joseph (Joe) joined Healthline Networks as Vice President, Advertising Sales in July, 2008. In this role Petrosino manages Healthline's national ad sales team and is responsible for the growth and strategic development of the new Healthline Media Network. A 20 year ad veteran, Joe joined Healthline from Rodale Inc., where he was eastern advertising director for Prevention magazine and Prevention.com. Prior to Rodale, Joe was the advertising director for Country Home magazine, part of the Meredith Corporation, where his team generated the magazine's highest revenues in its 20 year history. Joe also held sales positions with Walt Disney Company and Grey Advertising. A native New Yorker and graduate of Baruch College, Petrosino lives in New Jersey with his wife and two daughters. |

Chris has over 10 years of experience in the Internet/media industry at such companies as LookSmart and Netscape - shaping business strategy, securing Fortune 50 enterprise customers, and preparing companies for initial public offerings and acquisitions. Chris was previously SVP of Business Development at Radiance Technologies, a large-file data delivery software and service provider. From 1998 to 2001, he was SVP of Business Development at LookSmart, a leading Internet directory and search provider, where he was responsible for building the company's distribution network. Prior to that, Chris was director of Publishing and Media markets for Netscape. Chris holds an M.B.A. from Harvard and an undergraduate degree from Occidental College. After bouncing around the world - a consultant at Bain & Co. in Germany and France, a newspaper reporter in South Africa - Chris decided that nowhere was the weather better than in his hometown, so he's back in Palo Alto where he lives with his family. |

Vice President, Finance |
Scott oversees all of the accounting and finance functions at Healthline. Prior to joining the Healthline team, Scott served as the Vice President, Finance at Gentiae Clinical Research. He has also worked as the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer for Wall Street Analytics, Inc. (WSA), a software developer that provides tools to the financial services industry. Prior to joining WSA, Mr. Heys held a number of key positions with the Bank of New York (BNY), including chief financial officer and managing director of BNY Asset Solutions LLC (a wholly owned subsidiary of BNY). In his three plus years with BNY Asset Solutions, Scott built a finance and accounting department, while also taking on responsibility for human resources, property management and investor reporting departments. He also participated in approximately 20 Corporate Trust acquisitions for BNY. Scott has held finance, accounting, and strategic planning positions at Merck-Medco, Woolworth Corporation and Ernst & Young. Scott is a registered C.P.A, who received his M.B.A. in Finance from the Rutgers University and a B.A. in Accounting from Michigan State University. During his spare time, Scott enjoys traveling, skiing, golfing and enjoying eclectic cuisine and fine wine. |
