Zumba Fitness Dance Workout Veronica: So we’re here to learn about the workout Zumba. Veronica: And what’s the history behind this type of workout? Laura Barreto: It was inspire by Beto Perez, one day he walked into his aerobics class and realized he had forgotten his music. So he just grabbed random music from his car, salsa, meringue style and he improvised the entire class. His participants just love it, so from that day Zumba was born. Veronica: And what types of benefit are you going to get from this workout? Laura Barreto: You’re burning calories, you’re reducing stress as well you can reshape your body and if you use that one, nutrition plan you’re going to loose wait of course.
