Nick Tumminello: Hey it's Nick Tumminello. We'll talk about the YTWL and YTWLL circuit here. We'll talk about all the YTWL and I would like to talk about. So I am going to show how to do that Ls based of the based of request that we even not. So, we talked about the ball, if the neck prediction here than you can bare my low extension. So -- here I'm going to add the aerobic extension with the Ls, so here is how we do Ls series towards thumps up not necessary, but you can do the palm down or thumb down it makes no difference, what you are going to do is you have roll back we can feel the palm down and what's your are going to do? Is you are going to role back, your elbows should be a straight line from right and the left elbow, hold it for a second, come back and then you'll -- So we're really -- pullback and then drop out of it, that we want to make it slight in the active, should people understand how to disassociate that's the phase one, two, three, four at the over we do that.
