First of all, if you're not a vegetarian the answer is definitely going to be yes. I think that there's so many benefits to it. I don't think we eat enough fish in this country. I mean it's good for you joints because it is an anti-inflammatory. Its been shown to help with cardiac or heart health, so I don't think that there's any reason why you wouldn't take it. The only thing I'm going to make a point to say is that you want to make sure that your fish oil supplement has been molecularly distilled. All that means is it's going to take the fish oil and it's going to purify it, because you don't want to have any of the toxins that may or may not be in that fish to come over into your supplements. So I would want to make sure that it is molecularly distilled, but I do believe everyone should take a good fish oil product because you want the EPA and the DHA, and DHA's been shown to help even kids with their brain cell function, the growth and development of it. I think it's good all the way around.
