Erik: Why is it important for an entrepreneur to have great cheerleaders? Dan: I did not know how much this would be important and I still I think underestimate how important it is. Erik: How do you activate those cheerleaders? Dan: I don’t do a very good job but [laughs] you know I think the best ways people do activate those cheerleaders are making really authentic relationships, people that are really – you know show vulnerability, show that you’re not perfect and you know they’ll be more likely to step up for you and really cheer for you.
