We have recently shown and if you go back and look at the past almost 80 years of the vitamin D story, there really is minimum evidence to suggest that there’s any difference between vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. In fact, we did a study last year in healthy adults and showed that vitamin D2 is as effective as vitamin D3 in maintaining vitamin D status. So you don’t have to worry about looking on the label, is it vitamin D2 or vitamin D3, they both work just fine.
