I'm Amy Mac and in today’s Fit Life we’re doing a review over the Vibram Five Finger Shoes. Barefoot walking and running is pretty much more popular. The idea of being that all these years we’ve been wearing this really cushy supportive shoes and it’s weaken the muscles in our legs and feet. If you can go barefoot you could re-strengthen those muscles and positively improve your body alignment. If you don’t want to go barefoot you can go nearly barefoot and see almost all the same benefits but without stepping on well everything. These are the Vibram Five Finger which comes of variety of style and colors for both men and women. As you can see they aren’t cushy, supportive of provides stability support so your feet actually have to rely on themselves for all of those things. The idea is to provide better foot mechanic, stronger muscles and possibly prevent or reduce injuries. So what it approach? They're comfortable my knee pain is diminished, weight lifting feels more effective and my pinky toe is getting a little bit of independence. You know I always hide on number four well, mind getting out and see in the world a bit more. So far they're under knee mediate cons but I would recommend you take sometime to get use to wearing them because early on they're can be pretty exhausting. And I do a long term question what happens to my knee and my hip joints after years of wearing them would that be a problem? I guess we’ll find out.
