Cynthia Sass: Hi! I’m Cynthia Sass, Prevention’s Nutrition Direction and Grocery Guru. Today we are here at Fairway a beautiful grocery store and I am here to talk about good fats. Like beautiful liquid vegetable oils, nut like almond of pistachios, peanut butters like almond butter and peanut butter and avocado. And I know that when you are facing a wall of oils that can be a little bit over whelming. Which oil do you buy and what you them for. So, buy smaller bottle of each one and keep in hand because also the natural plant substances they are in one vegetable oil are different from another one.
