My diet is okay. Obviously we are in 2008 and there are time constraints, you know, still only 24 hours in a day no matter what and that is a guarantee. So, if you are adding more activities, if you are on the go it is harder to eat. Now, there are whole foods everywhere, they are expensive. There is McDonald, probably not healthy but you do not have time, you do not have this—that is where supplementation comes in. Because I do try to eat decent I do not want to deprive myself, but I also do not want to overdo it. I do not like the feeling of being bloated. I do not like the feeling of having my belt buckle be looser—you know what I am saying, it is tighter—loser. The point is I like being thin and supplementation. I go to vitamin shop, I go and I ask questions. I challenge. I went to Arizona. I went all over—Scottsdale, Tampa, I was going to the high-health vitamin shop. I will go to a CVS and I will bring somebody in from the pharmacy. Tell me about fat burners, tell me about stimulants. I want to know. I am not going to take stimulants, by the way. They are bad to your heart, they make you go. Stimulants are bad; you know what is a stimulant? Endorphins and how do you get that? Do some push ups. I got a trampoline. Every morning I get up I trampoline. Many trampoline—urban rebound, rebounder. You do not jump high, you jump strong. And you know you do not have to leave a map because you are going up and down. You are giving yourself a cellular exercise. And that is all I do every night. You are out dating, you are out seeing movies I go on the net and I am not looking at crazy videos I am looking at information on supplementation. DHEA, 5-HTP, Seratona deals, Seratona. I do not want to be on medication anymore. They got me on cholesterol, they got me on Lexapro. You have four beers and you vomit and people think you are a baby. I want to be natural. I want to give my liver a break. I want to stop dealing with copays and pharmacies. I am natural. I am healthy. Sure there are side effects but you adjust, you are real. I do not treat the symptom. I treat the problem or something of that nature. You know what I am talking about. The deal is water, fiber or bodies or toxic. Do not be afraid of supplementation.
