Useful Supplements When Bodybuilding About Supplementation and Body Building www.tvlesson.com Rene Endara Body Builder Trainer ReneEndara.com On behalf of tvleson.com my name is Rene Endara body builder, professional trainer with Rene Andara.com. One of my favorite supplements is Omega 3. Now the reason why I pick this as one of my old time favorites is that because it detents the inflammation in my body so by detenting the chronic inflammation in my body, my body is allowed to heal more efficiently and by healing more efficiently I’m obviously getting more muscles development. Another one would be a GLA, it’s a type of Omega 6 but in combination with the GLA and the Omega-3 it boost the potency of the Omega-3 so those two together. Another one of my favorites would also be Vitamin C Ester, very important supplement it actually helps. It’s an antioxidant. It helps reduce free radicals cause damage to the cells like by minimizing the damage to the sells your body is able to heal quicker. Another one of my favorite is Alpha Lipoic Acid now this is the granddaddy of antioxidants. This one does the same thing that vitamin C ester does but to the potential it’s 10 fold so alpha lipoic acid is a great supplement. Also the supplements do help with energy by having a more efficient body, a body that is healing quicker. Your energy levels are higher. Your sleep is better. Your attitude is much better because obviously if you’re healthy it’s much easier to be happy and that’s a key note. I always want people to realize when they’re doing something as an exercise regimen or supplementation nutrition whatever it is if it’s working you will be happier because your body changes. As your body changes to a healthier state your mind changes with that body so it’s always important to keep the body and mind connection and also, so these are my tips for supplementation and body building.
