This is an Upright Row using a cable machine. This is a great exercise for the shoulders. Sara is going to be demonstrating this using a shoulder width apart stance. She is going to be bringing the cables straight up to her chin, keeping her elbows above her hands at all times, and keeping her back and her core nice and straight. Make sure that you exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down in a nice, smooth and steady range of motion.
