Well I think one of the most important things is to recognize that children thrive when they are given the sufficient good enough ingredients in their life to flourish and blossom and bloom. And so those things can be good nutrition, probably with supplementation, sort of connected, emotionally sound parents. So if you yourself as a mom or a dad are having problems emotionally with depression, anxiety, substance use issues then you need to get help and be well-treated so that you can be fully available for your child because they need you more than anything else in their life. And then they need social connection, enrichment, intellectual stimulation and these kind of things can help a child to unfold and bloom and blossom and thrive. And when you see a child that’s not blooming and blossoming and thriving then you need to step back and say, what’s missing in their life? What do we need to add that can help them uncover their real potential?
