Cynthia: It's 6 O'clock in the morning and I'm getting ready to leave to head to Dr. Ordon's office. I'm very nervous, very excited, and I can't leave, it's finally here. I've got butterflies in my stomach. I am waiting for somebody who will wake me up and tell me I'm doing this. Dr. Ordon: The big day has arrived. Cynthia: I'm so excited. Dr. Ordon: You're going to be just fine. Cynthia: Thank you. Dr. Ordon: It's show time. It's 9:30, we're starting with the breast lifting that's the first procedure we're going to do, as part of her ultimate makeover. We've used her own breast tissue that we believes from the chest wall and cut that higher up on the chest, to give her fullness up above, that she lost. We are into it an hour and 20 minutes; we're closing the breast up. Now I'm going to do Liposuction. We're going to, we're removing fat and getting skin tightening at the same, this way we can avoid doing a tummy tuck. This is the Vaser instrument creates heat; it melts the fat like the butter. It's 12 O'clock now. We've finished up the breast, the liposuction of the abdomen. I'm going to move up to the face now. I'm going to do liposuction of the neck sculpt that next for her, and start the facelift. We've completely release the skin in the neck and face. We've done internal tightening on the inside in a vertical way, look at all the excess skin, we have to mobilize. So that's a big lift. The next phase, we're going to do this, is put in the chin implant for her. This is going to go right in here, like so. There's a little central line, so we can line it up in the mid line. Make sure that that seated just where we want it, and getting a good look on her nose, I have found out that she has a big hole in her septum. More than 50% of her septum is missing. I'm going to have to go to her ear cartilage, take that cartilage, properly shape it, bend it and use that to reconstruct the internal components of her nose, that are missing. Little bit of curve ball but that's what surgery is all about. You can see, how the tip, you can bring it down to her lip, the single biggest piece that you can show, where that's going to go, because we need that piece of cartilage to keep that tip up. Cutting edge technology is creating this cartilage. We finally dice it and we're going to bring that into the over the bridge, to bring this up, smooth it out. Now, it's like moldable part. Look at the way we've that tip up. We've brought the nose in, closer to her face. Success! The ultimate makeover.
