Dr. Drew Ordon: Probably, the most difficult part of the procedure for me, a truly reconstructive part was doing the nose. She had lost all the support in her nose both in the tip and in the bridge. I had to go to her ear. Actually, I removed half of the ear cartilage in her ear while I was doing the face lift. I used that cartilage to support her tip and to straighten the bridge of her nose. Next, I did chin enlargement, because she had a weak chin that was a part of her neckline not being that strong. So we strengthen that chin, so it lined up with her profile to give her the right proportions. We then went to a full face/neck lift, where we did a vertical lift. We took all that access skin, repositioned her tissue. We then moved down. We went to the body. We did a breast lift and augmentation; didn't use an implant, I used her own breast tissue. I took her breast issue and I molded it, shaped it and put it where she needed the tissue, then tightened up all of the skin around it. And then finally, I did the liposuction of her abdomen with ultrasonic liposuction which tightened her skin, remove the fat. We shaped her hips, her love handles and her tummy. Female Speaker: Oh! It's awesome. Dr. Drew Ordon: That is the ultimate makeover.
