Hi, I'm Cynthia Sass, Prevention Grocery Guru. There are so many oils at the grocery store which ones do you buy? What do you use them for? Well, some of them may not be familiar with. One of them would be sunflower oil. It’s one of the best oils to use for cold vegetable side dishes and for salad dressings. And it is where the best sources of Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant. It has a blood thinning effect, which lowers your risk of stroke and also can help lower your risk of heart disease. And it flows to your arteries really easily.
