This next lower body move is called the Two Foot Cone Touch. You are starting up and you are going to hinge from the hips, knees loose, back nice and straight. Keeping those knees bent, hips back, extend and reach for that cone. Okay, give it a try. Start up nice and tall and hinge down. Now, really reach up, good! Bend those knees, hips back, back straight, good! All the way down, all the way up. Okay, switch sides, hinge, knees bent, hips going right back, perfect! Nice long spine, all the way down and all the way up, good! Okay Larry, give it a try. Make sure you are coming all the way up and down when you are doing it, and bend from those knees, hips back, come on up, hips back. This one is called the Two Foot Cone Touch. It is a great lower body exercise. Good job!
