Okay, take this rope. This next move is called the two-arm bend. It is an upper body move working the back. One person is resisting of the other and who is going to squat right down and who will think of having a nice long spine, trying not to drop that head, keep it level, good! Kathy is resisting for Andrea, okay pull back Andrea. The elbows are tracking along the back, great! And now extend right up. Let us give it one more. Make sure those knees were in line with the toes good! That is better! Squat right down, awesome! Okay, Kathy you give it a try. So again a good squat, nice long spine, do not drop your head, good! Okay now, extend, resist up Andrea good! All the way back, pull back Kathy good! And extend out. Good job! Let us try it one more time. Great! So, this upper body move is called the two-arm bend. Good work, keep going!
