Jenna Phillips: Hi I'm fitness expert Jenna Phillips, bringing you, your fitness styles secret tips for healthy life style. Make it easier more enjoyable for yourself changing of few things in your life style. I was at 1.30 pounds heavier than I'm, I just made 3 sacrifice in my life, I changed the way exercise, I want spinning, I went to yoga class, I went swimming in ocean and dancing with my friends and I used stairs instead the elevator, and I just walked as much as I can a day. Second I change my diet I didn't diet but I changed the way that I ate, I took all the healthy and I think especially not ever feeling like I want sprite, I didn't put our chocolate and health sugar, exceed a little bit everything. And third the most importantly I have changed the way that thought I about my body, I changed the way that I look at life, and change depends of part of looking at my self. Stop making excuses, and just love the body that you need. And that's your fitness style secret.
