Speaker: The Tricep Toner with an added Tree Pose gives you that extra balance challenge and really kicks your core body in. So take either one or two hand weight this is up to you. Bring them all the way up over head get this elbows in close towards your ears don't let them moving out to the side, but keep them in nice and close, all those weights steady. Okay now I am going to take that foot one foot at a time obviously up into tree pose, so place down the inside calf and open that hip up abdominal nice and tight, stand tall. Lower the weights behind you for four counts one, two, three, four resist the desire to go really fast you have to control it. Pull up for two one, two, alright let's do it again lower one, two, three, four pull it back up for two very good we are holding our balance abdominal tight one, two, three, four focus on those elbows staying in and then pull back up for two, very good. Now you are going to repeat that using the tree pose on the other side for half of them.
